Sore Foot Treatment
There are many reasons for sore feet and I can tell you from a personal perspective many of those reasons. Plantar fascitis can be one of the wicked sources of foot pain that can drop you to your knees when you least expect it. The pain of plantar fasciitis is caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia, which is a thick fibrous band running along the bottom of the foot which attaches to the heel and to the ball of the foot. Most commonly the inflammation of plantar fascitis happens at the heel, where the fibrous band attaches to the heel itself. But make no mistake about it, the inflammation can also occur anywhere along the plantar fascia. The sore feet experienced from this malady are a result of the inflammation of that fibrous band.
Other causes of sore feet can be something such as a bunion, a foot corn, a plantar’s wart, a callus, an ingrown toenail, a nail fungus or even a foot ulcer. Many people suffer from one or even a combination of these causes of sore feet.
Fortunately, my sore feet have at times been a combination of these issues and at least not everything at one time. Plantar fascitis, ingrown toenail, nail fungus and of course three fractures have been a part of my foot history, but with the dedicated and sometimes, long suffering care from my primary care physician, my podiatrist and orthopedic surgeon, my sore feet recovered from the acute pain and now I simply just need to determine how best to deal with the chronic pain left behind.
Sore feet, absolutely…how long with it last? Can I truly find relief? I just don’t know.

Hey guys, thanks so much for visiting my site! I hope my experiences with sore feet can help you!
I question whether I have Athletes Foot constantly as I only have one foot infected. I also have Tinea Versicolor throughout my back. I don’t question whether I have a form of fungus or even yeast on my feet. So my question is has anyone heard of something else happening on the feet that looks like Athletes Foot but isn’t. Here is my story to the best of my knowledge. I have had the small little blisters on the bottoms of my feet and inbetween the toes on the left foot only for about 13 years. It never moves to the right foot ever and I don’t have left and right socks only… I mix them up since they are mostly all black socks. I wash my feet every day and have attempted using all kinds of powders and many doctors have prescribed me creams of all sorts. Kitaconazone has been prescribed for the Tinea Versicolor and the first time I took it my foot problem instantly went away… within two days… followed by a completely smooth foot within a week. As the months went by the foot problem came back and the kitaconazone has never had the same effect. Almost like it learned to adapt to it and not die totally. Instead it just fades a little and then comes back. If you are wondering Kitaconazone is poison for everything in your body and it is very unhealthy to take it as it over poisons the liver to a point that if you take anything such as alcohol or other bad drugs they can kill you due to the fact that you liver can’t filter the blood or the drugs or alcohol in it. this is a temporary effect since the Liver regrows and replenishes from what I have been told.
So what am I asking…. Does anyone else have symptoms like this? Is there a possibility that there are other fungi or yeast that can cause Athlete Foot type looking effects? Is there a way to kill this foot problem without chopping off my foot (… LOL)? I have asked doctors to take a foot scrapping and they will not even if I beg. I would be relieved just to know it is Athletes Foot to be honest. Thank you for any input you may have.
Sorry about my punctuation and spelling… I am in a hurry to get to work.
