Symptoms of muscle strain include redness, pain and swelling in the affected part. Tendonitis is the inflammation of the tendons and its symptoms like swelling, pain and inflammation occur. And surgery is needed when you have tendonitis.

Causes of foot pain are subjected to many factors and foot pain can be very hard to deal with. But preventive measures can always be undertaken so as to avoid it. Wise choice of shoes can contribute a lot to your feet. Avoid walking barefoot for it also adds strain in your feet. Wear comfortable shoes and putting pads to your heel will lessen the strain. Having an exercise is not bad for you, but too much of it will only give you problem. Stretching the muscles will help in the proper circulation of the blood thus the muscles relax.
