- Avoid wearing tight shoes that may put pressure on your feet. Also ill fitted and worn out shoes can cause foot pain. If your shoes are torn or worn out, its time for you to replace your old shoes.
- Avoid strenuous activities such as heavy exercise, running and jumping. Also always do a proper posture whenever you sitting or walking. Proper posture is essential in your feet as well in your body.
- Watch your body weight and eating habit. Obesity and overweight can put a lot of pressure on your feet causing pain on inside of foot. If you are obese or overweight its time for you to change your lifestyle that is follow a proper eating habit and doing some light exercise to loose weight.
Those are just essential tips that you can do to handle your foot problems but it is still best to consult your podiatrist. A podiatrist may give you antibiotics or oral medication to treat your foot pain; if both of those didn’t work he may advice you to undergo x-rays and MRI test to know exactly the cause of your foot pain. If the podiatrist found out that your condition is severe then your last option will be surgery. Pain on inside of foot should prompt you to take action and care for your feet.
